Once confirmed, your account is created and you can log in. Make sure all the information you enter matches your government-issued ID – it's checked during KYC verification before your first withdrawal.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification step that confirms you are who you say you are. On nnph, KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You'll be asked to submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID – such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, passport, or SSS ID – and may be asked for a selfie. The process is handled through your account dashboard. Completing KYC early means your first withdrawal processes without delays.

No. nnph allows one account per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, emails, or names – violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your account, contact support at [email protected] rather than registering a new one.

It's important to keep your registered mobile number current – it's used for OTP verification at every login and every withdrawal, so losing access to it can lock you out of your account.

nnph supports Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets for deposits. GCash and Maya are among the locally supported e-wallet options. All deposits are processed in PHP – there's no currency conversion required. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits on nnph.

Most deposits via e-wallet are reflected quickly, often within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule, particularly on weekends or public holidays. If a deposit hasn't appeared in your account after a reasonable amount of time, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and screenshot for investigation.

Log in to your account, go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard, and submit a request to your verified payment account. Withdrawals require OTP confirmation. Your KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Funds are sent to the account or e-wallet registered to the same name as your nnph account – third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

This means that even if someone knows your password, they can't log in or withdraw funds without also having physical access to your mobile phone. Do not share your OTP with anyone. nnph support will never ask for your OTP via chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. OTPs are a security measure that should only ever be entered on the official nnph login or withdrawal screen. If someone is asking for your OTP, it is a scam attempt. Report it immediately to [email protected], change your password if you've shared any information, and do not engage further with the person who contacted you.
