1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the nnph platform – including the website, mobile browser version, or Android APK – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and nnph.

If you register an account, place a bet, spin a slot, participate in a live casino game, or use any other feature on nnph, you are considered to have accepted these terms regardless of whether you have read them in their entirety. We strongly encourage you to read this document before using the platform.

2Eligibility

The nnph platform is available exclusively to users located in the Philippines. To register and use the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming by any applicable law or self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not for or on behalf of any third party.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on nnph. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. nnph may request verification documents at any point as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OTP verification is used to secure login and withdrawal actions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on nnph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported Philippine banking and e-wallet channels. Available options may include bank transfer through local Philippine banks and supported e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the channel used. nnph does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw to payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. nnph reserves the right to apply standard processing timelines and to request additional verification before releasing funds.

• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts not verified as belonging to the account holder.
• nnph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5Gaming Rules

All games available on nnph – including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, and eBingo – are governed by individual game rules provided within each game. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific game rules apply to the game in question.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and by live dealers or real-time events for live casino and sports markets. nnph does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious software malfunction during a game session, nnph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Payouts resulting from malfunctions are not valid and will not be honoured.

6Bonuses and Promotions

nnph may offer bonuses, cashback, reload offers, or other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The specific terms for each promotion – including eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, and expiry conditions – are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued in PHP and credited to the applicable bonus wallet or main balance as specified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been met in full.
• nnph reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

7Responsible Gaming

nnph is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These are accessible through your account settings.

By using nnph, you acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and does not guarantee profit. You agree that you are gaming for entertainment purposes and that you will not attempt to recover losses by increasing stakes beyond your budget. nnph will never encourage or suggest that chasing losses is an appropriate strategy.

If you wish to self-exclude, contact support at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion option in your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible and, once in effect, prevent access to the account for the duration specified.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nnph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing in sports markets.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering or fraud.

9Account Suspension and Closure

nnph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these terms has occurred or is suspected. This includes breaches related to eligibility, identity, prohibited conduct, or payment disputes.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any qualifying balance remaining after deduction of outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions will be returned to the player's verified payment account.

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated to the account holder via the registered contact details.

10Limitation of Liability

nnph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nnph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to connectivity issues, device failures, or events outside our control.

Your total recourse in the event of a verified platform error is limited to the return of the affected stake. nnph will not compensate for speculative or anticipated winnings that were not realised due to a technical fault.

11Privacy and Data

nnph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is protected using SSL encryption and stored securely.

12Changes to These Terms

nnph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their account or the contact details on file. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
